Big Tapping Day!

The weather cooperated perfectly, as the entire middle school went outside into the woods of campus to tap the remaining 32 trees.  Thanks again to Pat Sadler from Woodwise Land Management for coming by to help us with the drilling, tapping, and preparation.  At the end of the day, we collected 12 gallons in 4 hours!!  At this rate, we should hit our goal!  Check out the gallery below for some pictures of today’s action.
