Middle School Starts Tapping!

Sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students met with Pat Sadler to tap their first maple tree on the at Allendale Columbia School campus.  Once the lesson on tapping ended, the seventh grade students went to the woods with teacher Beth Guzzetta to flag their maple trees in anticipation of the large scale tapping that will take place towards the end of the month.  Stay tuned as students monitor the sap run as it relates to temperature during the upcoming month.
